Best on the island—We have stayed in many homes and condos on Kiawah; by far, this one had all the amenities and perks you could imagine. It’s new, impeccably clean, and so well thought out as to guests’ wishes and needs! Crystal, the property manager, is so attentive if you need her! Can’t say enough about this excellent property, but try it and see how amazing it is !!!!! We will be back! Thank you so much!!!

A short bike ride to the beach and a lovely pool in the backyard. Pack your clothes and enjoy! We will rent again in the future. Kiawah is one of our favorite family vacation spots.”

We had a wonderful time at your property! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 12. The new pool was so enjoyable and the walk to the beach wasn’t too far from the house. All the amenities and extras included such as bikes, beach towels and coolers made things so much easier!

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. We've been coming to Kiawah for 27 years and just sold a family home. This was our first time renting. You really thought of everything. Coastal Chic!! —Just wow!! The Birdie was so welcoming, so comfortable yet refined and tasteful! We had a glorious week at Kiawah, thanks to the Birdie! We loved the master suite, the upstairs oasis for our teens, the thoughtful touches like bikes with cup and phone holders, tons of dishes and cookware, beach towels, coolers, and tote bags, and labels on the light switches! These owners thought of everything. I would go back to the Birdie in a second!

Absolutely beautiful vacation home. We had 5 couples of various ages and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The pool and backyard were a peaceful and enjoyable place to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped, no need to bring your own supplies. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of beach towels. The bikes, chairs, and beach supplies were plentiful also. I highly recommend staying here.

Great house! Everything was clean and well-kept. The location was great for us with an easy walk to the beach, close to Kiawah amenities, and the house had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Your home is beautiful and so generously stocked, with everything we could possibly need for the perfect stay on Kiawah Island. We so enjoyed our bike ride to the beach and used your Shibumi when our cabana broke on a very gusty day! The pool was wonderful, and once we figured out the hot tub, we loved it. We will definitely be return customers!
